The nVent Nuheat radiant heating mat (mesh) is a versatile electric flooring installation kit that excels in situations where on-site adjustments to the radiant heating system are necessary, offering flexibility. It is an easy-to-install radiant floor heat system, making it ideal for both DIY projects and professional installations. This system serves as the perfect solution for your flooring underlayment, placed between the tile and the substrate.

The nVent Nuheat system was designed for the direct application of ceramic, porcelain, cement, granite, marble, glass, mosaic, and natural stone tiles using thinset mortar adhesive. The nVent Nuheat floor safe heating system (warm floor) consists of a heating cable attached to a self-adhesive mat (mesh), allowing the heating system to be easily adhered to the subfloor during installation. Simply roll it out and cut or turn the roll until the desired underfloor heating area is covered.

The heating wire (underfloor mat) is attached to a roll of adhesive mesh, and can be controlled using a Wi-Fi programmable (touchscreen) or non-programmable thermostat for the home (sold separately). The mesh kit can be configured on-site to provide floor heat in the desired areas of your tiled floor. While this flooring installation kit is primarily used with flooring underlayment for vinyl plank flooring, tiles, and laminate flooring, it is also applicable for warming up bathrooms, showers, bathtub surrounds, kitchens, dining rooms, halls, bedrooms, entryways, balconies, and other living areas.

The floor heat kit can be installed over plywood or concrete floors using thin-set mortars, with or without an underlayment membrane. Using a warm-up heated floor with smart home products can decrease the power load on HVAC and other radiant heating systems. The nVent Nuheat underfloor heating system utilizes electric radiant floor heating cables/wires, which can be installed over the waterproofing tile underlayment (uncoupling membrane/sheets/floor mats).

The Nuheat Mesh system heats tile, stone, laminate, engineered wood, or luxury vinyl floors with minimal effect on floor height. The 240V cable covers 55 Square Feet (5.1 Square Meters). The self-adhesive 20-inch x 32-foot roll of mesh is pressed onto the subfloor (without the underlayment) and adjusted on-site to provide the desired heat coverage. To make a turn, the mesh can be cut as required, taking care not to cut or damage the heating wire. The heating wire can be easily separated from the mesh to maintain heating coverage in small, angled, or difficult areas.

The NUHEAT nVent Mesh floor heat mat transforms the entire floor area into the room's heat source, guaranteeing even, consistent heat (632 Watts 2.6 Amps). The NUHEAT nVent Mesh produces 12 W/ft2 for a heat output of 41 BTU/ft2, while being invisible and maintenance-free, and promoting a Zero EMF (electromagnetic field) cable design.
